Frequently asked questions about the bars and restaurants

 

Should I have to make a reservations ?

No, it's not needed if you are guest at the hotel and you have Half board included to your vacational package, however if you want to visit our A la Carte restaurant we kindly advise you to make a reservation.

May I celebrate personal event at Platinum restaurant?

Yes, of course! It would be our pleasure to become a part of your personal event and to share your joy. All you need to do is to contact our Guest Relations Department.

Can only hotel guests use the restaurant and lobby bar?

All guests are welcomed to enjoy a drink at the Lobby bar, or dine in our restaurants. We suggest however to make a reservation in advance, should you wish to join us for a meal.

Do you offer vegetarian dishes on your menu?

The main meal at the hotel is a buffet, which includes vegetarian options. For any assistance you are welcome to speak with any one of our restaurant staff.

Do you offer room service?

Yes, Platinum Hotel and Casino offers room service to its guests.

What are the opening hours of the restaurant and the lobby bar?

The restaurant is open from 07:00 to 00:00, the Lobby bar is available from 08:00 to 00:00

Do you offer a children's menu?

The main meal at the hotel is a buffet, which includes dishes suitable for children.

Do you have a wine list?

Yes, the restaurant offers a wine list. Please ask any of the restaurant staff for assistance.

Is smoking allowed in the restaurant and lobby bar?

All indoor areas in Platinum hotel & casino are non-smoking. However we have designated outdoor areas, near the bar and the restaurant, where the guests can smoke.

Are there parking facilities?

 Platinum Hotel & Casino offers parking for all guests and it is absolutely free of charge.
